Do I need a PayPal account to use PayPal ?

Can I fax my order?
Ddot does not accept fax orders at this time.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept checks and money orders. Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified. Orders paid by money order are sent within 48 hours. If you are sending a money order or check, please make it payable to: ShopDdot

What is shipping weight?
Shipping weight is the poundage UPS charges to ship a particular package, based upon size or actual pounds. Any fraction of a pound over the weight shown is calculated by UPS as the next poundage. Example 7.4 lbs is actually charged as an 8 lb package by Ups.

Do packages ship out on Friday. Saturday or Sunday?
No product ordered late on Friday, will not ship until Monday. Product ordered on Saturday and Sunday will not ship until Monday.

Does Ddot ship to PO Boxes?
Ddot at this time does not ship to PO BOXES.

Does Ddot ship internationally?
Ddot at this time does not ship internationally, we hope in the near future to have this available.

Does Ddot ship to Canada?
Yes, Ddot will ship to Canada for bulk orders. We are not responsible for confiscation by customs agents and we will not misrepresent the contents on the custom forms. Any order over 50lbs please email for shipping quote.  All Canadian orders, Western Union money orders only.

Address Corrections?
In the event that any address is changed by the customer or shipper after the order is shipped will be charged an address correction fee of $10.00 This applies to any address that is given incorrectly and has to be changed by either, the customer, ShopDdot, or the shipping company.
Examples: no apartment number given, wrong zip code, wrong street number, etc.

What if you do not have all of the items in stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, ShopDdot will e-mail you for substitution or if no reply to email in 24 hours we will take the out of stock item off the order.

Coupons, Discounts, and Promotions?
ShopDdot from time to time may offer discounts at its discretion.  Discounts, Coupons, and Promotions may not be combined with any other offers. Offers will be for a limited time only, and may be ended at any time without notice.  Orders must qualify for the promotion, and only one promotional code may be used per order.

You may submit your unanswered questions for Ddotinventories@shopddot.com.  Please allow up to 72 hours for response due to volume demands.  We also would like any suggestions or comments you may have.

Can you send me more information on a product?
In general we do not have more information than what is on our web pages. We pride ourselves on keeping our website current and adding more information as it becomes available.

Do you sell your customer data base to other companies?
ShopDdot will never sell any information to anybody... ever. Unlike most companies online, we will not give your personal information to other companies so they can call you or send bulk mail and e-mail to you. You can feel safe giving us your information.

Will you match a price on the same product from another company?
ShopDdot does not have a matching policy at this time. We feel that ShopDdot prices are very competitive prices at their current level; coupled with our service we feel we offer the best value.

What is your Return Check Policy?
Any check returned by the bank due to nonpayment is automatically redeposited. At this time your account will be charged a $25.00 bank fee If the check is returned a 2nd time, your order will be held for another type of payment, and the Returned Check Any account with a history of returned checks may be reverted to only CERTIFIED CHECK, MONEY ORDER ONLY OR PRE PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD" without prior notice. If you are notified by your bank that a check will be returned, call immediately.
