You
have a full 30 days from the
date of the invoice to exchange any product you
order from ShopDdot.com Just fill out the
exchange slip that comes with your package with
the following information:

List the item(s) that you are exchanging.
·
Note the reason for the exchange.
·
Let us know what you would like to replace the
item with, different size, style, or color.
·
We recommend that exchanges be sent via UPS
Ground. Please keep the tracking number for your
records.
·
We offer one exchange per order at no cost.

How
to return:
You must
first obtain an RMA number by emailing us the details of
the problem and expected remedy.

write your RMA number on the front of the box and include
a note with the reason for your return. We do not open
returns without an RMA number on the box. If we can
identify you by your return address we will notify you by
email of receipt.
Please
note that the customer pays for return shipping, via any
method, to us and that we will not accept COD's.

Defective
Merchandise Guarantee
All
items are inspected before shipping and guaranteed against
defects in materials and workmanship. We do not guarantee,
refund or exchange for items damaged by the wearer. Please
be aware that all natural animal hides have some
variations, scarring, and minor imperfections due to the
nature of the product and the tanning process. These are
not considered defects in materials or workmanship.
